Ticketing System Transition

Effective Monday June 16th, we will be implementing a new ticketing system for ValueReseller support. We are consolidating the VR ticketing into the Realware system. It will make the support issue tracking process far more effective if we are not managing two separate systems.

All existing links for support will be changed over as of this date.
E-mails to support@valuereseller.com will also be redirected to the new ticketing system. You will no longer be able to submit new tickets to the old system, but we will have a link to the old system on the new support portal if you need to look up an existing ticket for historical purposes.

The ticketing system transition has been postponed until after the server relocation. We will let you know when the new date is set.

OK, so it's taken us a bit longer than expected, but we are finally ready to cut over to the new ticketing system!

Effective Monday January 5th, we will be cutting over to a new support ticketing system. After this date, all new ticket requests will be handled through this system. All support links on the valuereseller.com website will be redirected to the new support ticketing portal.

We are phasing out the existing ticketing system and merging all the ticketing functions into a more powerful and flexible ticketing system that we already have in place at Realware. By only having to interface with one more sophisticated ticketing system we will be able to do a better job of managing and responding to your support requests.

In order to use the new portal, you will need to go through a one-time registration process. You may do this immediately by going here:

and clicking on the "Register" link on the bottom left of the Login box.

For a month or so after this transition we will still have the old ticketing system available here in read-only mode for historical access:

http://valuereseller.com/helpdesk/old-index.php

Open issues will be transferred over to the new system by us.
