Effective Monday June 16th, we will be implementing a new ticketing system for ValueReseller support. We are consolidating the VR ticketing into the Realware system. It will make the support issue tracking process far more effective if we are not managing two separate systems.
All existing links for support will be changed over as of this date.
E-mails to support@valuereseller.com will also be redirected to the new ticketing system. You will no longer be able to submit new tickets to the old system, but we will have a link to the old system on the new support portal if you need to look up an existing ticket for historical purposes.
